We've playtested Galactic Hunter throughout the entire day today with a team of 8 play-testers, and we found that the game could use a touch or two to become even better. If you've downloaded the game before this Saturday, then you should do so again to have it updated. The main changes were to the Actions Table and to the Leviathan Moves Table. The rest remains pretty much the same apart from a few reviews of the wording in the texts.
For those of you who are not yet acquainted with the game, Galactic Hunter is an adventure game where players cooperate to survive the perils of a lethal extra-terrestrial ecosystem, and at the same time venture together in a safari to catch the most vicious wild creatures in the galaxy. Simple step-by-step rules will guide you in selecting your hunter character and assembling your scenario for the hunt. If you've tried this game of hunting on Deathworld before, have another go with the new and revised rules. If you've never tried it, than you're missing out on some good fun! Come check it out!
